Naturally manufactured flour, all kind of local ingredients. Creativity, passion of both pizza makers and waitress and owner.
Very good pizza. I would say the best pizza in town. I had one with burrata infornata and some dry tomatoes, it was delicious. When I'm going to come back to Italy next summer I'm going to bring my boyfriend for sure. He is Canadian and he has to try it!
Although they have an electric oven, the pizza is ok, I like that they combine together various ingredients which allow them to make some interesting pizza. Unfortunately I think the cost is slightly on the expensive side for the type of food, especially if you also add 2€ service charges per person, said so, on the other side the waiter is polite and precise. Also their toilet is very clean which is always a good bonus.
Perfect pizza, nice selection of beers
Portento is our favorite restaurant in Barletta. The pizza is delicious and also the cheeses and wines are very special from the Gargano area. The owner, Gino, took the time to tell us were all the ingredients come from and waiters were so friendly and professional. We look forward to visiting Barletta again and eating at Portento!
Best pizza I've ever tried! Unique recipes, quality ingredients, friendly and hospitable personnel, great wines, craft beers and jazz on the background all make this place a perfect choice for a nice evening!

We had the dinner here on a sunday. I don t usually eat pizza, not even when in Italy, but this time we wanted to try it and it was a very good decision. It was one of the best pizza ever. And the staff was also friendly and attentive.
